Shipping cost - Shipping costs depend on your order's weight, your location and the shipping method you choose. You can calculate the exact cost on the Shopping Cart page by filling in your shipping zip code and clicking the "recalculate" button. You will then be given all applicable shipping options and the cost for each.

Shipping time - Most orders will ship in 1 business days via UPS. Please see the map above for approximate business days in transit when shipping UPS Ground. UPS ships business days only (Monday-Friday).  Our new Economy Shipping option will usually ship via USPS Parcel Post in 1-2 business days. Orders shipped to P.O. Box, APO, FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS.  Please note that Economy Shipping and USPS time in transit is usually longer than UPS;  the time in transit information on the map below does not apply to Economy Shipping or USPS Shipping options.

If your package cannot be delivered through no fault of ToyShelf.com, your shipping charges will not be refunded, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and any applicable return shipping fees. This means if the package is refused, shipped to an invalid address, or you cannot arrange with UPS (or other carrier if applicable) to take delivery of your package, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all applicable return shipping fees. Gift wrap costs are not refundable. If your package goes missing because you provided an incorrect shipping address, we will be unable to refund you for the order.

Policies subject to change without notice. All orders shall be shipped according to the Shipping Prices and Policies posted on our website at the time that the order is placed.

The UPS delivery guarantee does not apply to packages delayed by disruption of the transportation network (ie: weather related delays). Guarantee details are in UPS Terms and Conditions of Service published at UPS.com.
