ToyShelf.com wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please follow the instructions below for a hassle free return.
Return Policy: You may return all new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All products must be in their original selling condition, with all original tags attached. A refund in the original form of payment will be issued once your return has been received and inspected. Refunds for gift orders will be issued in the form of a Gift Certificate. Gift wrapping costs are not refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable (items sold with free shipping will be assessed a shipping charge). Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. There will be no refund for merchandise that show any signs of use. Merchandise returned past 150 days will not be refunded.
If your package cannot be delivered through no fault of ToyShelf.com, your shipping charges will not be refunded, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and any applicable return shipping fees. This means if the package is refused, shipped to an invalid address, or you cannot arrange with UPS (or other carrier if applicable) to take delivery of your package, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and all applicable return shipping fees. If your package goes missing because you provided an incorrect shipping address, we will be unable to refund you for the order.

1. Pack the product in its original packaging material along with a copy of your invoice (or packing slip), reason for return (and return authorization number - optional).
2. Ship the item(s) back to us within 30 days of receipt of your order. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdelivered return shipments. Delivery confirmation and insurance is recommended.

1. Pack the product in its original packaging material along with a copy of your packing slip, reason for return (and return authorization number - optional). Please include your name and email address where you would like us to send the gift certificate. We recommend you also send us your phone number just-in-case. Your information will not be shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than to process your return.
2. Ship the item(s) back to us within 30 days of receipt of your order. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdelivered return shipments. Delivery confirmation and insurance is recommended.
