Earning Points for Purchases: Points are calculated based on your order total after all promotions, discounts and gift certificates have been applied. Points are not earned on shipping charges. Points earned on purchases can only be redeemed once your order has shipped.
Product Reviews: Write a review of a product you have purchased or received as a gift. On every product page, Beneath the rewards points value is a link inviting you to write a review of that product. Your points will be awarded once your review is approved.
Guidelines: Reviews should be on 50 words or more. Did you receive the item as a gift? Did You purchase the item for yourself or someone else. Did you / the recipient like or dislike the item and why? What about the item did you/ the recipient like or dislike.
Do not use profanity, obscenities, or spiteful remarks.
Do not include availability, price, or alternative ordering/shipping information.
Any review in violation of these guidelines will not be posted.
Referring a Friend: Directly below the product image on the product page there is a link inviting you to tell a friend about our great products. Click that link while you are logged into your account, enter your name, email address, your friends email address and an optional personal message. Your friend will receive an email with a link inviting him/her to our site. When your friend clicks that link, creates an account and purchases any item from our site you get rewards!
Reporting a Bug: If you find a mistake on our website or a misspelled English word we want to know. Send us an email letting us know about the error and the URL where the error was found. Please include your ToyShelf.com Username so that we can credit your account if you are the first person to report the error.
