Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal through our secure online payment system. You can choose to pay by check and mail your invoice along with a Money Order, cashiers check, or personal check. Orders paid with a personal check require an additional 10 business days processing time.

Shipping Options: We ship only within the United States. We offer UPS Ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air, and Next day air services for all orders shipped to a street address in the 48 Contiguous States. For complete shipping information please visit our shipping information page.

Do You Ship to Alaska and Hawaii? Yes, Orders shipped to a Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping time with USPS may be longer than with UPS.

Do You Ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes, Orders shipped to a PO Box address will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping time with USPS may be longer than with UPS.

Do You Ship to APO, FPO, AA, AE, AP or Military Addresses? Yes, Orders shipped to these addresses will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Simply enter APO or FPO as the 'City' and select AA, AE, AP from the 'State' list. USPS does not currently provide package tracking or delivery confirmation for APO or FPO addresses. (If track and confirm become available to us we will make it available to you.) The time in transit by USPS to APO/FPO addresses vary and is out of our control. It can sometimes take a very long time.

Taxes: We are required to add sales tax to all orders shipped within New York State. Tax rates vary by County. Shipping charges within New York State are taxable. Orders shipped out of New York State incur no sales tax.

Quantity Discounts: Does your company send gifts on a regular basis? Are you organizing a large charity event or a simple baby shower? ToyShelf.com offers volume discounts for larger orders. Availability: All items should be considered in stock unless otherwise noted. If you order more items than we have in stock, our online ordering system will notify you automatically before you place your order. All orders are usually processed within 1 business day of receipt of your order unless otherwise noted. Please see our shipping page for approximate in transit time.

Gift Friendly Packaging: You can ship your order to yourself or directly to that special someone. Our packing slips are always Gift Friendly. We never include prices or payment information on the packing slip. Your Billing Name and Address will show on the packing slip so that the gift recipient will know who to thank. You can include a Gift Message in the space provided at checkout and it will be printed on a gift card and included with your order for that personal touch. Are Your Products Baby Safe? All of our products are safe for babies unless otherwise noted. If children under 3 years have access to any product, remove all tags, buttons, ribbons and small parts to avoid possible choking hazard.

Special Orders: Need help selecting a special item? Maybe we can help. ToyShelf.com has an experienced stuffed animal expert on staff that can help you select the perfect stuffed companion or gift. If you don't see what you are looking for on our site, we can special order the item for you. There are no extra charges for special orders. Please contact us with your special needs. We will check availability and respond to you within 2-3 business days with an estimated date of arrival and price. If you are happy with the price and processing time, we will then take your payment information and process your order. Note: Special orders that are cancelled after being approved and processed will be charged a 15% cancellation fee. Special orders may be returned within twenty one (21) days but carry a 15% restocking fee.

Product Description and Measurement: All items in our catalog include a short description of the product and its features. We strive to provide a description that is as accurate as possible. All of our stuffed animal measurements come directly from the manufacturer. Some items are measured standing and some lying down. Most teddy bears are measured while standing. The measurement is taken from the top of the bear's ears to the bottom of its feet. Most dogs and other 4 legged animals are measured lying down. The measurement is taken from the animal's nose or front paws (whichever extends farthest) to its back feet (not including its tail). Other items are usually measured on the longest side.
